Very disappointed..(Amazon purchased 6/2026)

First let me say, I purchased the Lifepro belt, the hand mitt, and the flashlight looking light LOVED them all! So much so, that I decided I should return them and make the big purchase for this wrap. BIG mistake! It arrived today and I was so excited. Set up was easy, got in, noticed holes and scratches in the top mat, but that did not top me, I set everything as I like it and snuggled in. I noticed there is no pulse....I notice one of the mats is not on. I unzip and mess around with the controls to have no changes. I get out and mess around some more thinking I did something wrong. I even disconnected the controls and switched them to the other mats thinking maybe the top and bottom mat needed the other control. The control that did not turn on the mat at first, now did not turn on the other mat either. Needless to say, I am returning this and now have no red light at all because I returned the others to buy this.

Im very pleased with my new lifepro product.
I've used my lifepro vibration plate for two years. Inwas.sure I would like my Allevared wrap, and I do. It was easy to assemble, even for this 80 year old. I highly recommend this for red light therapy.
