It helps with the circulation in my feet. It has helped because my feet feel cold even when they are warm because I'm 81 years old.

I bought this for my husband who has been having recent gout flare ups and foot pain. It seems to be helping a little so far. Time will tell. I told him he has to be consistent with it.

I bought this for my husband who has been experiencing arthritis in his foot, in addition he gets flares of gout in the foot. He could barely walk some days due to the pain and swelling. We had a big trip coming up to Europe so I bought this boot. I love that it is packable and told him to bring on our trip. He used it 2-4 times a day for a few weeks prior to our trip and it really helped his gout and arthritic pain. He was able to get it under better control by the time our trip came. He only used the boot a couple time on the trip but it was very helpful to have. I recommend trying it to anyone who suffers from chronic pain or inflammation due to injury. I think it made a huge difference combined with additional treatments he was doing for the gout flare.
