I have had less than 2 weeks and I do not feel like the pain in my ankle is as bad but I think it is too soon to tell.

I had never used a red-light therapy device before this one. The wrap is easy to use, has a slight warming feel when using. After one week my foot and ankle soreness has diminished substantially. Very happy with the product. Thank you!
