Turns off after 2 seconds

Used successfully for 2 days, then it began turning itself off after 2 seconds. I think I may have a faulty controller. What do I do?

I was able to sleep!

After a recent lower leg I just, my left knee was compensation and man had the burnt by on the medial aspect are fire. I got up in the middle of the night to use this, and I almost immediately went back to sleep.
