Durability is suspect

When I originally received it I loved it. I felt it helped knees and other joints. I started getting issues with control unit. After a couple emails a new one was sent out. After a few weeks the units vibration feature stopped working. A month or so later the controller is acting up like the previous one replaced.
I will say the support has been very responsive, replacing item with no pushback. I just don’t want to go through it again. I tried to be very careful with the end of the controller, but like inexpensive phone cords there is little support where it connects and shorts develop. It’s a shame because I like how the red light therapy works and I like the long Velcro straps that offer a lot of versatility. 5 stars for performance and 1 star for durability. Average to a 3. Support and service would take it to a 3.5 ?

Knee Surgery

I purchased this infrared knee brace after hearing that this type of therapy could possible speed up my recovery from a TKA. I am currently using it 3 times a day and it does help with my pain level and stiffness. I was skeptical, but am pleasantly surprised. I will continue to use this.
