Even though it says it's charged(blue light)doesn't come on unless I open cover to charging port & insert charger but don't have to plug it in. Also I don't get the ALL sign. It appears I get 2 A A signs on the screen at separate sides of the battery/controller. And while the device is big enough it doesn't fit snuggly around my knee. It has big gaps on the sides. I also did not receive a receipt with the item so can't upload it to register for warranty.

Yippee!!! Hooray!!!! I received my new BLTKB and I was extremely happy that it did not take me long to wrap it around my aching knee (meniscus tears and osteoarthritis). I can't wait to reap the benefits of this well made knee brace. Now I have a new addition to my long list of products that I brought through the years and I am a happy camper.

After serving in the military, my body had suffered from several injuries. The recovery time gets longer and longer now when things are aggravated due to everyday tasks. This knee brace has really helped alleviate a lot of the pain I would have from just walking in the house. One knee was worse than the other but now they both are feeling better after using this 1 time.
