This knee brace is great. I used it at night before going to bed and the next morning I could tell a huge difference. My knee was not as stiff. Now I use it morning and night and and I feel so much better.

I had some reward points and gift cards to use so I used them on a second BioRecover Infrared Red Light Therapy Knee Brace. Now I can treat two areas at the same time. I'm having great success with pain relief on my 61 year old knees and shoulders. We're talking deep down to the bone, throbbing joint pain. The relief is long lasting and I use the light for about 20 minutes every 6-8 weeks. Consistency is key to true pain relief.

Overall, this thing is better than I expected.
The spec on LED irradiance is within typical effective range used in studies I found. 10Hz pulse also; so both were requirements for me.
Originally I did not care about the 5-level massage function, until I tried it. Now I use it pretty much every time.
Appears to be good quality materials, and good value for the money.

After serving in the military, my body had suffered from several injuries. The recovery time gets longer and longer now when things are aggravated due to everyday tasks. This knee brace has really helped alleviate a lot of the pain I would have from just walking in the house. One knee was worse than the other but now they both are feeling better after using this 1 time.
