Absolutely a game changer! As a wellness and bioenergetic practitioner, I can't recommend this product enough! The value for the price is just incredible. I received mine two weeks ago, and I've already noticed a fantastic shift in my sleep quality and circadian rhythm. Plus, I'm starting to see improvements in my joint pain!
