We've only had this red light for a week, but my wife and I are using it daily. It's already helping with aches and pains. We're sleeping better. And my wife has used it to help with discomfort in her upper back.

e’ve been using these Lifepro recovery tools consistently and are really impressed with the quality and results. The massage gun is powerful but easy to use, and it’s great for post-workout recovery as well as everyday muscle tension. The red light panel feels sturdy and well-made, and I love having a simple way to support recovery and relaxation at home.

Seems like a sturdy device. Came well packaged and within just a couple days of me placing my order. I just fired it up and did the skin test and everything seems to be working just fine.
