We've only had this red light for a week, but my wife and I are using it daily. It's already helping with aches and pains. We're sleeping better. And my wife has used it to help with discomfort in her upper back.

I just bought the LifePro panel and have been using it daily, up to 2 hours per day, from head to face to toe. So far, I love it. Feeling very hopeful.
