This Allevabody Red Light Therapy Mat provides soothing relief immediately after first use! Very very impressive heavy construction. Heavy weight to carry but worth every penny!! The remote works flawlessly.

I haven’t had it long enough to notice any health benefits. But I’m overweight and the size isn’t wide enough for my arms to be on the mat.
