We have only had our mat a couple of days but can already tell what a difference from spot red lighting to whole body!! Love love love it!!

My mother had neuropathy of the feet. She said it helped give her 50% improvement. So I bought the mat. Haven't tried it yet for myself.

I have been using several red light products and decided I finally wanted the mat. It really helps to reduce my back pain when using it consistently. The belt was helping but I think this is easier.
