I haven’t had it long enough to notice any health benefits. But I’m overweight and the size isn’t wide enough for my arms to be on the mat.

Using with methylin blue for neurodegenerative problems

I have only used it three times so far. it is easy to set up, I like the pulse feature to reduce heat. I use it for preventative purpose so I cannot speak for any healing properties. I am hoping it will help with hair follicle regeneration. I will write another review for that in six months.
