This is a perfect sized mat and the materials are high quality. It emits a nice warmth on the body. I use it laying down for 15 minutes and then place on top of me for another 15. Super happy with this!

Great for Healing

Have only had it a few days but we are already noticing between the two of us reduced inflammation, improved circulation, healing of nerves and increased range of motion in a back that went out. It is so relaxing!

I’ve only used it a few times, seems to help a bit.. just wish it was a little wider so my arms could get the red light as well. Easy to use.
