Easy to use, variable settings, storage bag... Perfect for some therapy any time of day. I love that it has pulsed or regular infrared.

Alleva Body Fit Red Light mat

My husband and I are enjoying this warm mat. I’ve used it several times and there are aches that are lessening. I lay on my back and then a few minutes on each side. The mat is well made and easy to use. I’m thrilled with the carrying case, too—now I can take it on road trips with us.
The only improvement we can see would be loops on the end so it could be hung—then a person could sit or stand in front of it.
Also, we’re wondering what the zipper on the side is for?
