I have been using several red light products and decided I finally wanted the mat. It really helps to reduce my back pain when using it consistently. The belt was helping but I think this is easier.

I bought the cozy wrap sauna blanket I suffer from neuromuscular disease which leaves my muscles extremely sore and stiff I also have rheumatoid arthritis and a high level of inflammation I bought this out of desperation to feel like my inflammation is better
