Only had three days and it seems to sooth knee pain. I don't like that it only covers the top of knee and not sides or underneath where a lot of pain radiates.

Just Received My BioRecoveryPro Light Therapy Knee Massager

I received my Light Therapy Knee Massager today and have done an initial session on both knees. I'm combining this with Stem Cell Nutrition and Medicinal Mushrooms which combined, should improve my knee cartilidge. Even after one 20min treatment, I felt some decrease in stiffness. Giving it a 3 Star because I'm just starting and can't leave a review without one!

Worth the money!

I use this device twice daily—-easy to operate, comfortable fit (as long as knee is bent). The heat is comforting along with the massage. My knees do move better (less stiffness) and pain is decreased.

I just received this yesterday and quickly plugged it in to charge fully intending to use it on Saturday but when I saw you can also use on the elbow I used it as soon as it was fully charged. On a scale of 1-5, pain level in elbow is a 5 so hoping for relief. The massager was a nice feature as up to now I use the belt around my sore knee daily and it definitely helps so am anxious to see if I get further relief in my knee. Easy to use.
