Doesn't work

I bought this at the end of last season and didn't unbox it until I opened the pool in May. I have an Intex pool with an Intex 2100gph pump with an Intex sand filter. The vacuum barely moves and frequently gets stuck. I've tried running my pump on recirculation instead of filter, which helps a little, but then the water bypasses the sand filter, so that's not acceptable. The old Intex vacuum I had worked great for two seasons, but I accidentally dropped it on the cement patio and it busted beyond repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Vacuum But NEEDS PARTS!!!!

We purchased this vacuum and have used it one season in our 18x52 Ultra XTR. It has worked great. This season, we upgraded to a 20x52 since our last was over 5 years old. We noticed that one of the brushes was not turning. After taking the wheels off, I noticed that there is a small black rubber belt that runs on a gear from the tire to the brush roller that is broken. How the heck can I get replacement belts? I'd gladly increase my rating if I can find parts.

Works very well. Only complaint can't get roller brushes. Contacted Intek 3 weeks ago, stated 2 week BO. Still not available. Hope this is not the norm. I own multiple Intek products that will eventually need support. Will upgrade review when parts are available.

Keeps it clean

I got it figured out this season #2 season and I really like the results. But trying to find replacement brushes is impossible. And they will need to be replaced after many many hours of do it job. Other then that issue I give it a thumbs up👍🏽

Not for 16x32x52 pool

I bought this cleaner to replace my broken remote cleaner for my 16x32x52 intex pool
works great on 2/3 of the pool will not clean the other 1/3 because the hose will not stretch out and let the cleaner get to the end of the pool. needs a longer hose to work on a 16x32x52 pool !!!
As per the video on Intex web sit it is supposed to clean a 16x32x52 pool (dissatisfied)

With the money for sure

We got the machine and have used it four times now. Like everyone in these reviews mentions the front and rear brushes wear down. That said the brush wear matches the curve of of the pool as it climbs the side wall vertically. There is still good bruch contact when crossing the flat bottom. We'll see how long they hold up. Ya gotta let the machine do it's thing for at least a couple hours each use to get the full effect but it works pretty darn good. Worth the money for sure in my opinion. I'd buy it again.

Decent for one season.

Bought this last season (2023) and other than constantly getting stuck because our pool floor isn't perfectly level it worked as it should but this year when I pulled it out it won't pick up anything other than very small debris like sand and just goes a litte and stops, it just acts confused. It will no longer climb the walls and is very very slow. On inspection it seems the water is leaking out of the side of the motor drive so it's not getting the water pressure it needs to function. Wished this thing had better tires for going over uneven ground and that it had lasted longer than one season.
