This is my second controller from these guys and same problem bad triggers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this controller for about a month and I'm comparing this to the original Xbox series X/S controller I had for 3 years.
Pros:
+ Overall build quality
+ Nice buttons
+ A little bit stiffer sticks
+ 2 mappable buttons
+ Volume/mute button
+ Trigger limiters

Neutral:
. Silent D-pad over clicky D-pad
. RGB lighting (cool to have, but not necessary)
. Soft top cover over hard top cover (obviously soft touch feels nicer, but after a short term use it will look like a used controller)

Cons:
- A little shorter and flimsy triggers (this is my deal breaker because I play Forza)
- Missing 2 separate vibrators behind the triggers
- The position of the mappable buttons (you may press them accidently)
- It's wired only (I don't feel any difference in input latency)
