[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Firman generator. (Coming from Yamaha's) As I wanted to upgrade to the larger 240 V model for power outages ant home and still have something quiet for camping. The electric start seems to work well and it starts fairly easy with the remote control. The reason I came back to buy a second from this company is the stellar customer service. Anytime I've had questions. They always pick up the phone. Also, this is the only brand that offers a generator with a 30 V RV port with a 240 V twist lock combination. This is a verb well auto generator.
