Incredible generator

I bought this generator to supply power to my house from outages from hurricanes. Although it won't power my central air it will power several small window ac units along with 2 refrigerators and all the lights in the house. It's also SUPER quiet. Love that it's tried fuel.

I am happy with the purchase . I was able to run our home and with a 3.5 ton HVAC unit with a Soft start . It is a bit louder than a whisper though . I did think it would be a little quieter . It is also nice looking

Wow, what a unit. It not only has tri-fuel but 120/240, multiple plugs, electric and pull start, and it's really quiet! As a bonus it's great looking. The only thing I would like to see added is remote start.

'Ve just ran it over current outage. After adding oil, turning it on is one click peace of cake. Connect directly to the main panel power up the entire house. Just perfect!

Good Inverter

The first one I received was damaged, but Firman replaced it. It is hard to start on natural gas. As another reviewer noted, I don't think you could start it on natural gas with the pull rope. Therefore, you would need gasoline if the battery is dead. I am able to run everything in my house including gas heat. I did not try A/C as I know that will be over the limit for this inverter.

My only complaint

My only complaint and for me it's a significant issue. This unit will not pull start if the battery is dead if you are using propane or natural gas. It will only pull start using gasoline as a default. My goal was to never use or run this unit on gasoline. And we all know generator batteries can fail. Hence the pull start. So in an emergency with a dead battery this 3 fuel generator will only start with 1 fuel. If any of you know how to bypass this issue please post it here. You will not find this information easily in the Firman instruction manual and it's not mentioned on their website at all. In a perfect world this generator is great and the battery start works. If it were not for this issue I would give 5 stars.

Worst customer service and generator doesn't work

Bought a new wt05571, followed all instructions. Choke doesn't work won't pull out. That's the first issue. After that the generator wouldn't start on any fuel. Pulled the spark plug and no spark. Brand new out the box and two major issues. Called customer service they said on a brand new generator I would need to file a warranty claim and send to a service center. No thank you instead I will contest this charge with this fraudulent company for selling products that don't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
