One of the features I like the most is that it sets a comfortable temperature in my home. It is rare that I have to adjust it. I love the fact that I can change the temperature from my phone if necessary.

Great Product

Very easy to install, the app walks you through the process step by step. Also, very easy to navigate through the menus. Not too many setting (which is nice), I especially like that I can control the thermostat anywhere as long as I have an internet connection. 10/10 would recommend this product.

Installed all on my own on a two wire setup super easy although I need to connect a c-wire I will be correcting this issue in the summer I really enjoy using this thermostat I will never go back to anything less

Great buy

We bought this because we liked the idea of being able to not have to get out of bed to adjust the air and oh my goodness it has been awesome! The app is a little tricky at first and you’ll need a professionals help to install it probably but I definitely recommend it to anyone. It’s not a touch screen though like I thought.

Nest thermostat

This is a fairly complicated device not to have instructions included. Searching the Web I found some of the information necessary to understand how to operate the thermostat. I don’t understand why, if the information is created anyway for posting on the Web, it can’t, for for a few cents, be included in the packaging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While setting up the Nest Thermostat you're provided with a step by step guide using the Google Home app and will have instructions for you. So far the nest if working good. Customer service was was excellent, they helped me making sure that the nest was compatible with my unit. I'm able to control the thermostat through my phone or smart speakers. So far it's saving me money but will really be able to tell during the summer periods. As of now I'm happy with my product.

The product works great and does what it suppose to do. The biggest problem was wondering if it would work with my setup. I didn't want to buy it only to find out it is not compatible. Research.. Google has sites and tools to determine if compatible. There are some YouTube vids out there also.

Cheap Junk

Setup is a pain. WiFi kept going out even though the Nest is 20 feet away. Schedules seem to have a mind of their own. Google, in an effort to market everything under the sun, makes the setup far more complicated than it has to be. We took the Nest down and put up a Honeywell, which is well, working like a Honey. MUCH better, for less money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
