This product works exactly as advertised. The installation process was also great, I was able to get the protector on lined up just right on my phone and without any air bubbles.

The package was opened and defected. It had a scratch already. I had used this product before. But this time I was not happy about it.. im still using it because I need to protect my phone but I'm not happy about it

Fell of within the first 3 days

I love Zagg products. Purchased this for my new watch. Within 3 days I looked down at my watch and it was gone! Completely fell off. Very disappointed. It’s was also very hard to install. Terrible directions for application.

I purchased Ultra Clear several years ago and it was damaged within a few months. I replaced it with the top end screen saver, can't remember it's name, and it worked great for several years. Scratched it recently and forgot about Zagg's online replacement plan. Could not purchase on line, out of stock, so again purchased the Ultra Clear. Had it one month and it fell out of my pocket in the car and was cratched. Need another one. Hope Zagg had the better screen protector. Great product.

Installing Issue

My Galaxy S20 did not fit into the dimensions of the plastic case provided for alignment for the screen protector. Had to align "free-handed". Managed to install it but with some problems... bubbles, loose corner, etc...
Was not a good experience with ZAGG this time.
