Doesn’t fit properly

Very unhappy with this. Both installs ended up with large bubbles in the corner. The first time I figured it was my fault since I accidentally pulled off the step 2 plastic while trying to pull off the step one. The second time I was very careful and I’m sure I lined it up properly. I still got the large bubbles that will not come out, or if I get them out, they come back. That makes me believe it doesn’t fit properly.

Application was not clean and some edge issues remain. Not tight seal around curved edges.
Also, does not hold up strongly against smudges and scratches.

We've been using ZAGG products on every modern cell phone we've ever used! In this particular instance, I discovered why Zagg is so good at what it does. I purchased a Samsung S21 Ultra, and dutifully purchased a shield, and in each case I ran into problems with applying the shield. Three times it kept coming up and bubbling up. Three times they sent a new one out. The issue, the S21 has curved edges. Soon after, they refunded the cost of the shield without my prompting. What company does that? Thank you Zagg!

Bubbles!

Very disappointed! After 24 hour of looking great bubbles on the edges!! worked them out, then they come back. Worked them before going to bed, they would be there in the morning when phone is just sitting on night table! Sent it back!

Not up to Zagg standards

I've purchased many Zagg products and many glass screen protectors and this one didn't adhere for more than 2 weeks. It looked great when I put it on, followed the directions as before, and felt pretty satisfied but that didn't last very long.

Easy to line up and install, all the bubbles went away after a day or two, the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the fingerprint sensor is difficult to use now.
