The packaging and idea of installation was impressive, however the instructions were confusing. After trying several times, I could not get the film to adhere and it ripped. Had to return.

Not worth the money

This is not a tempered glass and regardless of how careful you are with putting this on, it will bubble up. Given the fact that it is NOT a tempered glass, I was expecting the finger print to work at least but it does not. This is based on purchasing 2 GlassFusion for my Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus so you may have better luck but with other type of phones I wouldn't recommend it for Samsung phone owners.

I wish I was patient enough to read and follow the instructions. If I had, I would have been able to get the screen protector perfectly centered on my phone. Otherwise, it's a great product.

It is a perfect fit for the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. The new application method makes it easier than ever to place correctly. Had a couple of small air bubbles that resolved themselves after about 48 hours. Excellent visibility and touch response.

Peeled off

I had a Zagg screen protector on my S9+, so when I traded up to the S21 I went with another Zagg product. The first one came to me with a couple big crease marks on it. Zagg was nice enough to send me a replacement for no charge. The second one came in tact and went on easily and looked perfect. I installed my new phone case(not a Zagg brand) and the very next day I noticed the corners had lifted. I took the case back off and pushed the protector back down. Needless to say, it kept doing it and was driving me nuts. I finally ordered and installed a competitor screen protector and have had no problems since then. I don't know if it was my SUP case (UB Pro) or the Glass Fusion +.........but, regardless I am out the money. I wasn't planning on doing anything about this but then got an email asking me to write a review and thought maybe I should help the next person. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo.

I love Zagg, and I have been a returning customer for over 10+ years. We always get a tempered glass (or better, such as the GlassFusion+) case for our screen protector for our phones. Any problem we have had, Zagg has replaced without any issues. Thank you Zagg!!
