Piece of cake to use

Why did they not have these, when I really could have used them, every day. At the time, I had to maintain binders on our many remote data equipment locations. We had contact information, access info, directions, maps, equipment inventory, circuit and dial-in numbers, local/long distance carrier info, photographs, cabinet drawings, etc. At the time, I did the file folder labels either by using a typewriter, (difficult to get the correct spacing and alignment), or write them out by hand, (if you could read my hand writing). Now I get to do it the easy way... and you can even read it. I change fonts and colors, too. The Avery, Easy Apply Label Strips and templates make it a snap, even for home use like home or car records, tax deductible donation, medical, etc. That's not fair.... Now I have to stay organized!

The ease of printing the tabs and then applying them to the actual tabs, is so easy and efficient that I had time to have an extra cup of tea before the meeting.

Our Admin. Assistants use these all the time. We always keep a large supply on hand for those projects where we have to create many binders. We also use the ones with Clear labels

The new Avery clear labels for index tabs are great! Now there is no longer the tiresome 2 step process printing the labels, cutting them down to size, attaching to the paper strips and then inserting them into the tab...this is a much faster, cleaner process!

These labels have made life in our office so much easier; we have to submit reports and studies to a government agency and have used these labels for the last several submissions. They make our work much easier, faster and more professional looking. We used to hire a printing company to do our index labels but now we do them ourselves and save a lot of money.

Depending on the job, I usually use this product with excellent results. There are times that I am using leftover labels and that isn't quite as easy to use. But most of the time I am quite pleased with the results. My boss usually compliments me on the finished product.
