Nice design but plastic is permanently wrinkled around the top and bottom of the front frame

I wanted a lightweight organizing binder for my financial planning clients. This 3-ring binder seemed like exactly what I was looking for. However, the plastic around the horizontal sections of the 'window frame' of the front of the cover is wrinkled. The plastic will not smooth out and this looks cheap and unsightly. If the plastic was thicker, this would probably fit this issue.
Also, if you use standard size tabbed dividers they stick out past the edge of the binder, which could eventually damage the tabs and it's looks bad.
