I bought six. Yep, six. If you travel, hotel rooms have USB but not USB-C outlets. I have an older computer with USB -A but not C outlets. So after a year of use, trips to twenty states, and situations where I’d hear, “damn, anyone got a USB-A to C cable? I’d hand them an adapter. It’s a problem solver. And makes a good little gift for all your technology challenged or expert friends. And they look good, for you aesthetic fans.
I have a need to connect usb-c t usb-a and this really fits the bill. Great quality, as usual. Satechi is my first choice when looking for adapters like this.
A new must have for travel and work from home. Still have a host of USB-A chargers and the like but ever more devices requiring USB-C connections. This is an inexpensive and extremely useful compromise to those situations where only USB-A ports are available and you need to plug in a USB-C device. Great value for the money.
There's not much to say, it does what it says it does, and it does it well, while also looking good in the process. I'm hoping Satechi will start releasing products in color similar to Apple's new space black, but that's more a wish than a knock against this product.
