It's a little overwhelming at first when you're trying to figure out how to work all the features. But I have not had one complaint about its performance. Absolutely love this gadget!!!!

Looks good out of the box. Instructions are easy to understand. Was disappointed that one of the rubber grips or spacers was missing on the basket rack. Haven't tried cooking yet because of this. Four star rating because of piece missing. Hoping you will send me replacement.

It’s a nice product, but it’s hard to clean. The nonstick pan isn’t the greatest.
