Doesn’t work

This was purchased as a Mother’s Day gift and I took it out the box to use and the buttons do not work. I’m going to return it because it does not work. The computer screen is glitched and won’t go past 5 for temperature

So Far, Sooo Good! Quick And Easy! Looks Sleek, Compact, And Modern! Hears Like A True Champ! Also, I, Personally, Love The Way That All But One Of The Buttons Are Dimmed Until You Click Tbat Singular “Air Fry” Button Then All Of The Options Reveal Themselves By Coming To Life. Makes It Look Soo Much More Smooth Throughout The Day While Not In Use! As Far As Operations, User Friendliness, And Aesthetic Goes- Nailed It! I Mean It’s A Wonderful Product! And I Haven’t Even Mentioned The Best Part! Which Is… ALL THAT AND ITS STILL AFFORDABLE!

No power button?

It’s a great air fryer, but there is no power button to turn the air fryer off. I read every page of the manual and there is nothing on how to turn it off. I googled it and it says to use the power button, but there is nothing power button.

I bought a Chefman, got it home and IT DID NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX! so I returned and got another based on good product reviews and knowing that every once in a while a bad one slips the QC team - I have yet to use the 2nd one BUT IF IT fails - the rest is obvious no?
