My husband has pancreatitis and this is what everyone suggested I get for cooking with less oil. I absolutely love my air fryer. My only regret was not buying one years ago. I actually had someone give me one as a Christmas gift years ago. I gave it away because I was convinced I would not like it.
That taught me a lesson: Do not give appliances away before you at least give them a try.
I actually convinced myself that it would be aggravating to cook in--it is so easy it's crazy. I also convinced myself it would be hard to clean-- I was wrong about that also.
I love my new air fryer, and I think everyone who has not used one would be satisfied if the gave it a try.
