Good unit but flimsy inside rack

I replaced my old chefman with this new one and the machine itself works the same but the rubber feet and the inside food rack is very flimsy compared to my old one the rubber tabs on the rack. Do not stay on when you wash the rack they continually fall off. Is this a flaw or is this just the way it’s made. My old one never had this issue.
