It was fairly easy to operate but the time and temperature buttons were confusing at first. Also there should be a preheat button as most foods require the product to be preheated before use....Had to google to find out how to preheat.

I should have bought the 8qt like I had. It broke. Just after warranty ended. This one cooks differently. I thought the 6 qt would cook the same. It doesn’t

Does a good job. It is annoying that it goes back to 400 degrees 15 minutes every time you take the basket out.

Missing basket rack pads

Two of the rubbery pads at the corners of the basket rack have fallen off without my being aware and now I’m having to rely on the remaining two to balance the rack. Is there a way for me to have the two missing pads replaced?
Other than that, I’m very happy with the air fryer. It’s my first.
