Doesn’t work properly!

Just bought this yesterday and I tried to use it today. It will not work unless I put pressure on the top and hold down on it the whole time it’s cooking.

It’s is the right nice and works well. I wish I could go higher on the temp for air frying but all good because it does do well on the highest
