Looks good out of the box. Instructions are easy to understand. Was disappointed that one of the rubber grips or spacers was missing on the basket rack. Haven't tried cooking yet because of this. Four star rating because of piece missing. Hoping you will send me replacement.

It’s a nice product, but it’s hard to clean. The nonstick pan isn’t the greatest.

I gave this a 4 star rating as o just purchased and haven’t used it yet. I love the look and it seems like it will easy to use. It’s an upgrade for sure from the one I had.
