We have bought 3 of the same air fryers and the first two quit heating up after using only 4 times

Haven't used it yet apparently can't register the warranty

So far not off to a good start I haven't used it yet but apparently the type of air fryer I have is not in your registry so that I can register my warranty, it's a. RJ38-SS-T-SERIES again unable to register it because it is not in your registry selection so I just selected the closest model number that I possibly could I even tried typing in the number and that didn't work either it's not in your registry Bank
