No longer happy. After 60 days my Air Fryer stopped working

I was beginning to love my product until it would not turn on to prepare dinner for my family.
I took the device back to the store and they would not accept it and referred me back to the company after purchasing 2 year plan when I purchased the air fryer.
Where do I obtain a replacement if not the store directly.
