Really great Service - I can only recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a problem with the softwareupdate, because mine wasn't listed. I wrote one mail and within 2 hours I had an answer. The next day they had a solution for me and nox I am happy. Such a good and fast service I experienced rarely. Hats off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Ultimea Poseidon D60 4 days ago but today I set it up and what a breeze it was. I've never setup any electrical equipment that was this easy. There's a handy manual that sets everything out perfectly. In the box everything is superbly packaged and I was impressed with how compact everything snugly fits.
The first thing I did was watch a movie I'm very familiar with. I was speechless and I knew my OLED tv didn't have great sound, it was astonishing to hear everything in perfect clarity. I realised that the movie I had seen upwards of 10+ times was completely transformed.
This was my first time with the latter product but I am blown away by four things;
- Ease of setting up.
- ease of use.
- fantastic build quality.
- Clarity and dynamics of the Poseidon D60.
- ease of use.

I implore you to purchase this product as it's worth more than what it costs.

UK D60 Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In January 2024 I purchased the Ultimea D60 5.1 soundbar as it was compact to fit under my tv. I upgraded the firmware which was easy and got more options for features so well worth doing. I have been pleased with the Atmos Audio especially when cranking up the volume, I use a Panasonic 4K Blu-ray with 4K discs for best atmos audio, I also record programmes using a YouView 4K DTR and again no audio issues. Due to the age of my Panasonic DX750 4K tv I had to connect the sound bar to the tv using the supplied optical cable which worked fine, my TV is situated in the corner of 4m x 5m livingroom and have good audio sphere from all speakers. I have hooked up my phone to Bluetooth which again worked well. I hope to hook up a BT Turntable to the soundbar and listen to my vinyl which I haven’t done in decades. My only wish list would be to have a standard Ultimea 40cm soundbar to have the rear satellite speakers connected to the sub-woofer and these have dual forward and up-firing Atmos speakers.
