Nice chairs

We just got the stools, so TBD as to how they will last. But the seem to be sturdy. A little tedious to assemble. Had a small problem with one of the arms. Called customer service and they were very courteous and sent a replacement right away.

Barstools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 4 barstools. Every stool broke when we sat on them due to ball bearing connections not compressed properly. The company was very cooperative and offered replacements. We opted for a refund.

Great chairs

All the parts and hardware were there.
I had 2 acorn nuts that didn’t come threaded but I took care of that.
It’s a little tricky assembling the footrest piece.
That’s where you will use the acorn nuts.
Assembling the seat to the base.
With the seat upside down turn the swivel to an off set position to create space and push the bolt up through from the bottom and thread the nut on.
If you do it the other way the nut and bolt will catch as you pivot the chair.
