Horrible phone

I bought this phone in January, and it just, it doesn't work. I don't receive messages most of the time, or emails when i know my notifications are on. The sound quality is horrible, it's so quiet and just not good. The battery is just extremely bad, it is worse than my phone i had for over four years which was dropped in water and dropped multiple times. It lags so much it's just sad and is extremely slow, if i don't touch my screen every three seconds it turns off for no reason. I don't recommend this phone at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my phone sucks. i cant make calls or get calls from my home, i cant send pics or videos no matter where i am. i never had any of these problems with the samsung j 3 that i had for 3 years. i have medical issues and i need to have a reliable phone and the a 10 is not reliable at all.

GARBAGE phone!!!

This was the biggest waste of my money!!! I bought this phone 12/5/19 and I started having issues almost immediately. By February, it stopped sending photos and MMS in texts, disconnected itself from the Wifi, and froze up while during daily app use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

a10 is worthless. do not purchase. has a mind of its own and changes functions constantly. very slow. screen is impossible to use.
