We have been pleased after operating the unit for about 3 weeks. The convection cooking time is quite fast and everything we have prepared so far has turned our well.

I replaced the old 1970's wall oven, cook top and vent hood with new Cosmo units. Just installed them yesterday, so far they are nice, new, basic units that look like they'll work for many years.
