Although I've only been using it a few weeks, this microwave drawer is easy to use. The control panel is also very easy to read without having to bend down or open up.

On the first night it was installed, I nuked 5 baked potatoes in less than 7 mins and they didn't taste like they just came out of a microwave. The door was a lite lanky at first and kept popping out after being closed, but we adjusted it and works great now.

When the microwave arrived, I was impressed with the extreme care that went into the packaging to ensure the product arrived without damage. Now that I’ve been using the microwave for quite a while, I am also very pleased with its operation, features and ease of use.
