Warming rack is sub-par for Weber

I bought new and for the price of this grill this should have been SST - did't last long and is ugly and rusted or caked - gross !!

Perfect, just wish it was in stainless steel

Restoring a Genesis 2000 that I have owned since 96. Everything else was available as stainless steel (grills and flavorizer bars), just not this. Still, the fact that Weber is still producing parts at all for a 22 year old BBQ is highly commendable! So I can only give Weber the highest recommendation.

I ordered this with great difficulty to start with...I understand we all had to make sacrifices with COVID19 by Weber gets a F grade. Many companies have implmemted methods to provide continued service to their customers. I was surprised with Weber as upou are typically A+. This warming rack is NOT the one I have to replace my old worn one. I found the original part number etc. and tried mutiple times to contact Weber to order/exchange/send the one I want and have had no luck. Attempted through Chat/email/phone VM....Bzad review from me.
