While we haven't used this microwave drawer yet because we have a new bar being built, we are thrilled that the item was received in great condition which is half the battle these days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Built in microwave to replace my broken one

I had to replace my built in microwave from an other manufacturer that caught on fire. I read many reviews and decided to go with this one. Glad it fit the space as this one is a bit smaller but worked great. I had 2 of the other manufacturer that did not last. Hope this one is better. Delivery was postponed twice but we learned to not expect much in the last few years. They just delivered the box. Fortunately it was easy enough to install as this was a replacement. I like it so far. Well packaged thank you for that.

We bought it last year, and we are happy that we did. It's solid peace of equipment with many useful features. My wife loves baking, but previous oven was gas one and didn't give her expected results. Now she has what she wanted!

This microwave is easy to install and use. The installation allows for 2 drawers underneath the microwave. Love the functions and automatic open and close door.
