My daughter was super excited to play with this new toy and after putting in brand new batteries and it not working, I tried different batteries Ns it still wouldn’t work. The guitar lights up but no music plays nor does the microphone work.

It is the best gift ever. This made my granddaughter the happiest little 2 year old. It lights up and plays music and the microphone really projects. My granddaughter plays with this for hours. Thank you!
