No sound

Did display both screens and laptop but no sound on zoom call, tried changing settings and still did not work.

Laptop screen goes off once in a while

I used it to connect 2 monitors from the laptop.
It works, but sometimes the laptop screen goes off.
Once disconnecting it, then the laptop screen comes back.
I've confirmed the most updated driver is installed, even re-installed the whole computer with the most Windows 11 update, but it still goes off sometimes.

great part worth its price.

After 2 months trial this the only part work with me lenovo ideapad gaming 3, I add the part to the usb but it didn't work then I got o the website download and install the drive then restart and every thing work very fine. Highly recommended.
