This is an outlet hub that looks good and provides a sufficient amount of outlets including USB. It screws easily into your existing wallplate for a secure fit. A nice feature is its green LED light that indicates it's connected.

The only reason I don't rate this 5-star is due to the amp rating of the USB ports. To support fast charger for tablets and phones, it needs to be at least 2.1 amps per USB port. Other than that one small issue, this is a top of the line product at a great price. It's slim profile allows it to fit virtually anywhere. Additionally, it's high joule rating along with Tripp Lite quality makes it a smart purchase for anywhere you need smart power solutions.

Pros: High protection rating Slim form factor Modern design Cons: Dual USB ports only have 2.1A, so if tablet and phone are plugged in, charging time slows. I'd like to see minimum 4.2A. Fix the one con and this is a 5-star product.

Have this in my computer room primarily to charge my devices but also will provide backup surge protection to other devices. The original on had something happen that it would not provide the surge protection. I contacted the company and they sent a new one with no questions. Very happy!

Perfect for household electronics

Perfect for notebook computers and other sensitive home electronics. I bought several of these to protect my various devices. They not only protect from severe strikes, but from normal surges every home has. I protect every TV, DVD player, and more with one of these. Tripp-lite is very highly regarded because they make really good quality stuff, so I trust them.
