Poor Print Quality

Print quality is poor. Faint lines running through document Repeatedly ran print nozzle cleaning and alignment. Printer uses more ink than previous Brother model J6935DW. Tried to contact Brother support waited an hour and half on hold waiting on agent. Chat bot no better, no reply when you clicked submit

Great printer, great price

I used this kind of printer before this is my 4th one I have 2 offices and I love the speed, without the jamming and the price is just within anyone's budget. I do recommend this printer.

Never works properly.

This unit isn't very useful as every single time I want to use it I have to run it through 3-4 cleaning cycles. The nozzles seem to dry out/clog every day. Very disappointing. I am sorry I ever bought this printer.

NOTE: A deep cleaning of the print heads would be needed called a Initial Purge.

TERRIBLE PRINTER-DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

This started off as a good printer but after a month it went downhill, we need to change the ink about every 3 weeks and then the copies come out with lines through them and barely legible, had to clean the barely even used nozzles 5-6 times to get the print to come out decent (not perfect) and then the ink is down over a quarter to half, it's an endless cycle.I've written several emails, most of which either don't get answered or they give you a terrible answer, not a solution.There is absolutely no difference in quality of printing when using brother ink versus the MUCH cheaper inks, I've used both several times and the outcome is always the same, it still needs several cleanings and uses up tons of the brand new ink. I understand they are setting up the copiers that way so they can sell more ink but with todays technology, they should be able to come up with a much more superior product, it's very sad...
