didnt work for me

Sadly it pulled large chunks of paint off the wall in the process of peeling the picture off and up as per the instructions for fixing. Could just be the old age and type of paint on the kitchen wall, but disappointing result as I have had to repaint the damaged bit of wall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ruined Dorm Decorating

Spent over $150 on Command Strips to decorate my dorm within the first week all of my pictures came crashing down and shattered now my dorm is completely empty and I could've spent that money else where. Did everything the instructions said and still NOTHING worked... Completely useless product. Would NEVER recommend this product to anyone

What a dissapointment.

Used these to hang a beatiful photograph in an expensive frame. I wanted to be extra careful with the piece and used 4 pairs of large command strips to hold up a 3lb piece. Unfortunately the all failed and the picture came crashing down, destroying the frame.
Such a huge and expensive mistake to use this product.

Tried to hang a dry erase board that weighs 9.70# and it held for a day.The package says they hold 16# maybe time to redo the weight test. At the cost of the strips might be better just to use nails and putty later.

Work brilliantly

I'm really happy with this product. Make sure you dust and clean the wall before hand for it to work well. I'd love to see Command create another one which holds more weight. They're just a bit pricey I find.

I got these heavy duty strips...hung a large picture, that at most weighed about 3lbs but used these because I was so worried about not holding. After 3 hours the picture fell and when I removed the strips that did not come down...the paint came with it!!!

Left massive holes in my wall

I used the large strips to hang four photos on my wall. Followed instructions to a T- they did not separate from one another upon removal, rather, left massive gashes in my wall that will require a professional to fix.

I hung a picture frame and hours later, it crashed to the floor, breaking not only the frame but also my marble window sill on the way down. I made the mistake of adhering it to an orange peel wall texture.
Having just hung shower curtains on our lanai to help keep the rain out, I tried some strips on them. So far so good.
