I purchased a mirror to hang on the back of the closet door and much to my surprise it came with Command Hanging strips. I was not sure it would hold but now 5 months later it is still secure on the door. My husband was also happy because he did not have to drill holes in the door. I love Command hooks and the picture hangers too.
I have used the small and medium command picture hanging strips. I had tried all kinds of stuff but the pictures kept falling off the wall. I was hanging collages and they were oak frames which made them very heavy. I picked up some Command picture hanging strips (medium and small) and couldn't believe it-the pictures quit falling off the wall. I like that you can buy them almost any where. I will never use anything else. It is so nice that I don't have to put nails in the walls anymore. The Command strips come right off, and there is no damage to your walls. Thanks Command Strips! Sincerely a very satisfied customer. Rolene
I recently purchased this product to hang a spice rack on the inside of my kitchen cabinet. They have been holding fast with 20 glass spice jars and the spice holder! Now my spices are accessible and I have no damage to the inside of my cabinets due to screws! Excellent!
I used some of the Command large hanging strips to hang a decorative mirror on my living room because I didn't want to have holes in my wall. They have done a wonderful job of holding it up (and it's not a really small mirror either). they are the only product I plan to use from now on to hang things in my house.
3 different pictures have all fallen when this product was used, couple of the strips came off on their own, couple had to be taken off after the other side came off on their own, took off paint and outer part of the dry wall, the room was the proper temp and the strips that had to be removed were removed according to product package instructions
I love command adhesive and used it to hang up all my artwork including mirrors. Unfortunately, we have a few days in Silicon Valley where the temps soar above 90 and the adhesive just fails, sending everything crashing to the floor. I've lost four glass picture frames and a mirror in one day.
I now use it for calendars and maps or charts for the kids but not anything breakable!
My husband and I just moved to a new apartment and we did not want to go through the hassle of nailing and praying that we had the right angle and right place on wall. We have pictures of different sizes in every room and there are no holes in the wall. The solution? Command hanging strips! So easy to use and so easy to manipulate on the wall to get the exact angle you want. Now when we leave, it will look exactly like it did when we moved in! I love these hanging strips and so sorry that we had not found them any sooner!
